Thank you so much for placing an order with Tumble. Every piece of jewelry and our wall hangings are handmade with the highest quality and attention to detail in our studio in Albuquerque, nm.
While we do not except returns we will accommodate exchanges. All exchanges need to be preapproved before being shipped back to us within 14 days. You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to send the item back. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Your satisfactions with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance. Please don't hesitate to contact with questions or concerns and we will work to find a solution to the situation. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exceptions of damages incurred during transit) a refund may be possible. Please contact email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a descriptions of the damage. Before a exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
We typically ship all items within 1 week from purchase. However during peak seasons, items can take up to 3 weeks to ship from our location. All item listings will have the approximate ship date listed, so be sure to consider that before placing an order.
We ship USPS, and use First Class Mail unless otherwise specified. Our orders come in padded envelopes to protect items from damage during transit.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned to sender packages.
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice.
